About

For over 25 years, Kevin Theis has been an actor, director, writer and producer in Chicago.

As a narrator, Kevin was proud to be one of the longest serving performers in the “Stories on Stage” program produced for Chicago’s own public radio station WBEZ.

Having launched his audiobook career in 2014 with his own novel, co-written with Ron Fox, “Confessions of a Transylvanian” (available wherever interesting books are sold), Kevin now has over 180 titles currently available on Audible.com.

He regularly records audiobooks, radio and television commercials and, on occasion, his own works in his home studio in Oak Park, Illinois.

Kevin launched the Ft. Raphael Publishing Company in 2017 as a means of producing and distributing audiobook projects and it is currently the only audiobook production house headquartered in Chicago.  In addition to providing a complement of narrators available to work on these projects on short notice, Ft. Raphael Publishing can also provide music and sound effects to enhance your production, depending on your specific needs.

If you have a novel or book you would like to transform into an audiobook project, please do not hesitate to contact us.
